Privacy Policy

Effective June 18, 2026

This page is maintained by Advello Leads to explain how we handle information submitted through this site. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Edit this page to reflect your final business details before going live.

1. Who we are

Advello Leads ("Advello," "we," "us") operates a lead-generation platform that connects borrowers seeking commercial, SBA, equipment, or church financing with vetted lenders. References to "the Service" mean this website and any associated dashboards.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of technical information automatically.

  • Borrower submissions: name, organization, email, phone, state, financing type, requested loan amount, and a short purpose description.
  • Contact form submissions: name, email, message.
  • Lender accounts: email address, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and activity within the lender dashboard (lead claims, pipeline updates).
  • Technical data: session and authentication tokens stored in your browser, plus standard request metadata (e.g., timestamps, error logs) used to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use information

  • To match borrower requests with appropriate lenders in our network.
  • To provide lender accounts with access to leads, pipeline tools, and billing.
  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud and abuse prevention.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We share borrower submissions with the lender we route them to so they can follow up on the financing request. We do not sell personal information.

We use trusted service providers to operate the Service, including a managed database and authentication provider, and a payment processor for lender subscriptions. These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Advello, our users, or others.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries to keep you signed in and to operate core features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

6. Data retention

We retain borrower and lender information for as long as your account or request is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion at any time using the contact below; we will honor requests subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), role-based database access, and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you submit information at your own risk.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

Advello operates in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
